Possibility of adding extra beds.
If it is necessary to install a cot, it will be free of charge, without sheets. If you want bed linen, you will have to pay €10.

Free stay for children under two years of age.

The pre-reservation will become a confirmed reservation once 25% of the total amount of the stay has been paid by bank transfer, which should be made effective within two working days of confirmation of the stay on the scheduled dates.

Non-residents are not allowed to visit the farmhouse without the knowledge and prior consent of the owners.
Animals (maximum 2): A supplement of €30 per pet is charged. They must be well-behaved and cannot enter the rooms or use the swimming pool. You must agree to pick up their droppings.
The house and exterior are left tidy, the kitchen, appliances, utensils, crockery and cutlery are clean, and any food remains are removed.

We would appreciate it if you could use the light and heating properly. Do not throw cigarette butts or papers outside.
The house is insulated, however, noise regulations that may disturb the neighbors must be respected, more demanding from 9:00 p.m.
A deposit of €200 must be paid on arrival, which will be returned on departure once everything is checked to be correct. Any extra costs for damage or extra cleaning hours may result in the deposit being retained.

L’anul·lació de la reserva dintre els trenta dies anteriors a la data d’ocupació de la masia podrà donar lloc a la pèrdua de la quantitat lliurada a compte.
D’acord amb el Decret 53/1994, de 8 de febrer, de la Generalitat de Catalunya, quan el client abandoni l’establiment abans de la data fins a la qual la tenia reservada, se li podrà exigir, com a màxim, l’equivalent al 40% del preu total dels serveis que restin per a utilitzar.
